Hey there southernboyuk. Thanks for the review here, and apologies to hear we’ve let you down. I saw your comments on the tri.be site related to your questions and while we’ve tried to reply to every one of those to get you sorted, it appears that we didn’t do a good enough job there.
It sounds like the issues related to screwing up the site DB are related to your site specifically, as that obviously isn’t a core behavior of the plugin (nor something we’ve seen widespread reports on). If you do find yourself willing to work with the team to get those sorted on the appropriate forum, hopefully we can win back your trust and get a better review from you.
