Events Calendar Confusion

  • I cannot figure out to see or edit my events calendar without fiddling with HTML. I feel really stupid and am sure it is simple – but how do I even access the plug-in and add events that I can show on my blog?

  • Log into your WP dashboard and there should be an Events Calendar tab at the bottom of the left hand menu. Click on the tab and it will take you to a calendar, then scroll down, edit the title, date, description, time and whatnot then click Add Event.

    … I think Mary makes a good point. How do you go about making this thing public? Do I need to create a page with some code on it?

    Create a page with the following on it; the calendar will appear:

    [ [ EventsCalendarLarge ] ]

    No spaces should be on that line ..

    I’m in the same boat. I have a calendar created on its on page using the code above. But when I go to click on add an event, nothing happens. What’s wrong?
