Events Calendar RSS feed contains incorrect date for mailchimp

    Hi, the feed created at https://www.monishealthychoice.com/feed/ shows the event start date as the pubdate of the rss item. When this feed is setup through mailchimp as an RSS campaign, the event sends out every day until that date is reached. If the pubdate was the date the event/post was actually published, this issue wouldn’t occur. Is this a bug? or is there a way for me to modify the feed that is being created by theeventscalendar so that the pubdate reads from the date the event was published?

    Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, changing the way the RSS feed works is a bit complex. The good news is, you have a few options for resolving this issue:
    –Get help customizing the plugin
    -Reach out to MailChimp for support customizing how their RSS campaign feature pulls events
