Events Calendar Widget not Working on Pages

Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear that you’re having this issue here.

We do have an existing internal bug ticket for this one, where in widget breaks with parameters from search and pagination. We do not have a workaround other than creating a static widget with the upcoming events manually.

Moreover, I have added your case to it. I will definitely pass along the details you shared with our dev team.

Keep an eye on our changelogs for the following tracking code: TEC-4048

Once the fix is out, we will make sure that code is on the changelog so that everyone involved can see that the solution was put in place.

We don’t have a time estimate, but you’ll be notified with a reply when there are any updates. Rest assured that we are working on a permanent fix in regard to this issue.

I have the same problem, the widget is ok on the homepage and pages, but it doesn’t display events on the tags page.
I’ll check the bug fix too

Hi @gugaalves thanks for your feedback. I have updated to version 5.16.2 but the problem is not resolve, in the page of tag the widget doesn’t still display events.
