Events calender no longer works with Elementor

We do have a known issue with the Elementor Posts Widget. To be absolutely sure here, is that the widget you are having a problem with? (Our Pro version has some custom elementor widgets too)

I use Elementor Pro
The Events Calendar 6.0.1.1
Until the version 6.0.1.1 it works fine.
I cannot do the update to the next version, because then no more events are displayed in the elementor post widgets.
This is unfavorable because the update has been due for a long time now.

Hi @zauberfloete, sorry to hear about this. Let me confirm and double-check with our team if this issue is related to what we’re currently working on with Elementor. I’d get back to you whenever I hear from the team.

Also, as far as I remember, we’ve fixed the Widget bugs with some theme-related issues. It would be good to test it out with the latest plugin version and see if that fixes the issue.

Please do not test it on your main website. To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

Were you able to test the latest version of our plugins on a staging server?

If the issue persists after using the latest version, could you provide the steps to replicate the issue? I’d like to check it further on my side. A screenshot or a screen recording would be helpful as well.
