Events display in reverse order

Is your widget settings set to “Ascending” for “Sort Order (List View only):”?

You can also change the settings for number ofe events per page to show more/less days or events.

Still not finding where I can choose ‘Ascending’, it’s not in GCal settings,

It’s not in the main settings but on the settings for your “Google Calendar Events” widget under Appearance > Widgets.
