    Hi there,

My events pages should not be full width. When I’m logged into WordPress, they display correctly.

When I’m in incognito mode, they display incorrectly.

In my event settings, I use the ‘Default Events Template’ which has worked well in the past so I’m not sure what’s gone wrong. Can you help please?

    Theme: Twenty Twenty
    WP version: 5.5
    Event Calendar version: 5.1.6

    Thank you,

    Kia

  • Hello @kiaseven

I just check your site and found its display correctly in my end. Here is a screenshot

    Thanks

    Hi Tapan,

    Thanks for looking at this.

It certainly looks better on your screen but I think it’s still wider than it should be. If you click the other pages on the site (Bestsellers, FAQ, About), I think you’ll see that the text on those pages is restricted to a far narrower container. That should be the case with individual events too.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you,

    Kia

    Hi @kiaseven

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!

One thing you can try is to use the Default Page Template instead under Events Settings > Display, as the Default Events Template typically displays as full-width.

    I hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jaime

    Hi Jaime,

Thank you. The issue seemed to have fixed itself actually, so I’ll close this ticket.
