“Events List” block doesn’t allow selections

    I’m using the “Events List” block on a page to show 5 upcoming events. After I click on the block in the visual editor, in the “Visibility” section (after selecting “show”), I can’t select conditions for showing events. I see “If”, use the drop-down to select “Tags” (or really, any of the options), and then there’s nothing else I can do. The “Is” drop down never populates, I can’t click on “or and”, and clicking on the “Add” and “Delete” boxes does nothing… Can’t figure out what the issue is? I can’t scroll down or see any other options. I’m using Google Chrome as the browser and Windows 11.

    Hi @brittanyjaekel,

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to learn of the difficulties.

    I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

    Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything. 
    To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
