Events listing shows ‘bookings closed’, event page shows ‘bookings open’

    Hi There,

    We’ve had a small recurring issue with the plugin.

    Events with bookings open, free spaces, and cutoff dates in the future (but still before the event) are showing as {bookings_closed} on the listing page, but when you click through to the individual event, the booking form is present as it should be.

    Upon logging into the CMS, changing nothing on the event and hitting update the issue is rectified. Wondering if there a fix to stop this presenting in the first place?

    I can confirm this listing page isn’t cached.

    Hi,

    I tried this with the latest EM Dev version 5.9.11.3 and it seems working fine, can you try this version as well and see if this makes a difference?

    @angelo_nwl I’ve run into this issue a few times again since I last flagged it with you. The current version 5.9.11.3 is still creating the issue for us.

    We are also using the pro version of your plugin – v2.6.9.2

    Hi @angelo_nwl – We’re still experiencing this issue, even with the most up to date version of the plugin. Is there anything i could look into to understand what might be causing it?

    Often changing the ‘bookings accepted until’ date helps to fix the issue, but it’s also not occurring with all events, just some of them.

    I have a similar issue for which I had started a separate thread here. I also refered to your thread in there already 4 months ago. I am also still waiting to hear back that the problem has been resolved.
    As mentioned in my thread, the problem I have happens with Single Ticket Mode enabled, so it would be interesting to konw if you have that enabled too.
