Events management plugin button does not work in mobile theme on Chrome

Hello. Not sure how to address this, but when I view an Event created with events manager plugin using the mobile theme in Chrome, there are multiple problems with the buttons/fields that make registration impossible. Assuming this is an issue with the mobile template. All plugins and templates are up to date as of now.

There are no name, phone number, or email fields visible to register when viewed in Chrome on my desktop. When I view the page from my android phone, the fields are present but the Send booking button is inert i.e. I click and click on it and nothing happens.

The same button behavior problem occurs when viewing the mobile theme using IE8 on desktop
