Events Manager Add New Event – Details Editor

    In the add new event view the editor for the Details section is set to open in the Text view by defaualt. How do I change the default to open in the Visual view ?

  • Hello,

    It should change to Visual by Default when you change it to visual and saving the Event. In case it doesn’t change back to Visual by Default after saving an event and creating a new one, Then there might be a plugin or theme code that is causing the issue.

    In case it still happens after publishing and creating a new one, You could and Install one of our plugins: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-safe-mode/, After Activating, You could test your Site as if you’re only activated plugin is the EM and EM Pro only.

    Many thanks for your help. Your safe mode plugin worked really well and enabled me to trace the problem to the plugin that was causing this issue.
