Events Manager Cart/Checkout Question

Just a question to do with eWAY gateway and Multiple Bookings Mode.
Last week you helped me add an extra fee check box to my attendee form which works perfectly in adding that extra fee to the total in eWAY. I’ve run into an issue however, when using Multiple Bookings Mode the fee isn’t added to the cart and isn’t visible at the checkout:( I think you may have mention this might be the case, although I hadn’t been using multiple bookings mode at the time.Is this something that needs to remedied in the gateway or is it something that should be handled by events manager? I’m not really sure when the gateway is invoked in this case.
Your help/thoughts would be great on this.
