Events Manager doesn't work with Yandex SMTP

hi, have you tried to use gmail smtp to rule out any mail server issue?

I have set SMTP, Email Test Settings button work but email notifications are not sent. Any solutions yet as so many users are facing this issue?

Which version of Events Manager and WordPress are you guys using?

I use the latest version of the Events Manager (free edition)
and the latest WordPress version.

Do notifications and test emails with other non-SMTP mailing sending methods?

Yes, other sending methods working.. But Yandex and some other mail clients doesn’t accept emails/notifications unless it’s sent by a SMTP method

Is there an error console at Yandex that you can check to see what the exact problem is? It could be there’s an authentication problem with their servers.
