Events Manager duplicating images

So I am using events manager and encountering an issue with it duplicating media items on top of the event details.
The media boxes it’s adding it to are called G1 media so it may have something to do with page builder but I’m not sure.
I don’t even know how to remove this duplicated image … you can see it at https://www.metrac.org/events/may-be-me-purple-pekoe-tea-party/
It’s only meant to have the pink image with the details and it’s adding the other picture below it. I was testing it for another problem (trying to see if thumbnail image sizes would work) and it created a whole new problem.
