• Marcus, I’d like to suggest changing “Reschedule” in the right side column of the main Edit page to “Edit recurrent event” to make it more clear what the link is for; as it the link you need to click to make any changes to all recurring events, such as location or description, and not just to reschedule. I have created my own language file for just this change.

Also, when a recurring event is edited, it would really be great if it modified the existing events, rather than delete everything and recreate new events according to the schedule. Currently, when I need to change the location of one event, it separates from the recursion, which is good, but if I then modify the recurring events with a new phone number or something, the events get doubled up on those days where one was separated. Furthermore, it would be nice if this were implemented with the option to break the schedule link to past events and “Modify all FUTURE events” only.

Have you considered a “vote by donation” scheme on your site to prioritize what features to include?

Cheers. And thanks for all the great work on this plug-in!

sort of agree on the link name. how about ‘reschedule recurrences’? or ‘edit recurring events’? recurrent doesn’t sound right

r.e. how recurring events work, we’ll be adding a lot to that in the coming months.

now that v5 is about to be released, that’ll clear a bottleneck and these features will start coming in faster.

‘Edit recurring events’ – perfect. recurring/recurrent, same/same. As long as we get ‘reschedule’ out of there.

Looking forward to EM’s future! Cheers.
