    Hello and thank you for a great plugin.

    My events stopped displaying recently. I’ve tried the steps on your troubleshooting themes, plugin and widgets and I’m still having the same issue.

    Hmmm ok. Could you post either text or image(s) of the settings you are using for that calendar? I would like to take a look and see if maybe there is just something we need to tweak a little bit to get them showing again.

    Hi Nick,
    Attaching the calendar settings here here for you. Just so you know, I have 3 different calendars on that site and none of them are displaying at this time.

    Thanks for posting the settings. I don’t really see anything that sticks out as a huge red flag. Looking at your site I see some errors popping up: https://screencast.com/t/4MwaNyk2g

    I would recommend trying to get those fixed up to see if that helps at all. Do you have a way to setup a fresh wordpress site with just a default theme to see if it works on that also?

    Hi Nick,
    Thanks again for your endless support. Do you think those google maps api errors could be coming from the theme we are using? I think that weather feature above the logo uses data location from google maps…
    I could try to set up a development wp site with a default theme and see if the calendar would work. Also do you think reinstalling the plugin could improve anything?

    Hi there,
    you can make the theme not load the Google Maps API by going to Appearance > CSSIgniter Settings > Google Options > Load Google Maps API (uncheck and press save).

    Thank you so much for the instructions. It doesn’t seem to have helped with the calendar issue though.. :/

    Hi Nick,

    I removed the search query from my calendar settings and now the dates with events display as the yellow colour again. The only thing is that now some calendars won’t display the previous and next arrows even though the hide navigation arrows box is unchecked please see here . Is it possible to change the message on the dates with events to “booked” instead of events?

    Ok so the “Events” comes from using the Free/busy schedule option so there is not really a way to change this right now – unless you went in and modified the plugin code.

    That could also play a part in why the navigation arrows aren’t showing. We made some changes to those so that why only appear if there are actually more events in the calendar to show. Do you have events in the future months so that there should be paging arrows?

    Hi Nick I do have more events saved on both calendars and they’re not showing on the simple calendar on my website. Please see this screenshot for my google calendar and this screenshot for my website simple calendar and you will see that the events are not showing. On this other page you will see the next arrow missing for ‘The Aspens’ calendar.

    I’m sorry for the hassle, but I love your plugin and I really want it to work.

    The events labeled “booked”, are those just one long multi-day event? Do you have it setup in your calendar settings to show multi-day events?

    Maybe you can just screenshot your calendar settings for that calendar and post them here so I can check them out?

    Hi Nick, which settings would you like to see? The google settings or the simple calendar settings?

    Thank you for the screenshots. Looks like you have that option enabled. So just to be sure the “Booked” event in your Google Calendar is set as one long event, is that correct?
