    Hi. We use your plugin a lot on sites and we found a site with multiple Gravity Forms that stopped sending Events since May that we have configured. No events show. How do we start to diagnose this issue?

    I’d make sure the feed settings for the form are still there under Event Tracking.

    If using tag manager, make sure the tag is still present.

    If using GA or GTM, check for any JavaScript errors and that the form is Ajax-only.

    Yes, thanks. there was a second instance added of the GA Property tracking code via another plugin and that must have caused the conflict. When we removed it, events fired fine.
