events not loading in staging site

    Hi there,

    What the title says really, I created a staging site for a client (who uses DreamHost in case that’s relevant), and I’ve noticed the events don’t load.

    The rest of the website displays normally, so does the calendar page mostly.

    In the plugin settings al the url slugs seem to have carried over to the staging url so I’m at a bit of a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Login to be able to view the staging site can be provided if need be.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you try to flush your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and simply clicking the Save Changes button. If you run into trouble, resaving your permalinks is one of the first troubleshooting steps to take in a case like this.

    hi there, sorry for my late reply. the problem is solved. but not by flushing permalinks, as a byproduct of a themechange somehow. Curious if you have any idea why that would happen.

    So we had theme A on both livesite and staging first, and the events didn’t load.

    Now I have theme A on the livesite, and DIVI on the staging site and the events load perfectly…

    Which doubly surprised me as I was lead to believe the plugin would not work at all without an addon plugin to make it work with Divi.

    Not complaining though as my problem is solved ??
