When I tried your ICS feed in the preview tool just now, I saw events going through July 2024. (The plugin by default only shows 1 year out.) Is it still not working for you?

As a general note, I’ll mention that Office 365 by default has a limit on the range of dates it includes in the ICS feed. That can be changed but depending on your setup it may require administrator-level access to the account, or possibly changing a configuration setting in Microsoft Powershell.

Please refer to the html version of the calendar I posted: https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/published/[email protected]/ea4899b35c7544d1b64e896b8427a4b26259028811832111781/calendar.html You’ll see events specifically for Aug 1 and Aug 2 that are not showing on the ICS calendar preview. For example, the following shows on the html version, but not the ICS preview:

Hosford-Abernethy NA (HAND) Executive Committee Meeting

    Tue 8/1/2023 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Sorry, I misread your original post and thought you meant no events were showing in August onward.

I see the issue here is that the final instances of some recurring events are missing. This looks like it may be an issue with the embedded ics-parser library ICS Calendar uses to parse the feed, and not directly ICS Calendar plugin code itself, however I have been involved to a limited extent with the dev team for that library, pertaining to some recent troubleshooting of other issues with the recurrence rules. It’s possible this issue you’re seeing is related to that. I’ll do some additional testing and see if I can determine what’s happening.

I’ve just had a look at the latest version of the code for the parser, and I see the team has made a few additional changes since the troubleshooting I mentioned above. I just merged their changes into the version of the library I have running on my development site, and I can confirm that their additional changes are restoring these missing events in your feed.

I’m going to test this a bit further, and then I will merge it into the ICS Calendar codebase. I’ll make a beta version available for you to try out later today. Watch for a follow-up message in this thread.

OK, the beta version with the updated ics-parser library is now available. You can download it at the URL below.

    ICS Calendar v.10.11.5.1-beta-1

After downloading it, you’ll need to manually install it over the current version on your site. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and upload the zip file. You’ll see a message that says the folder already exists. Click the blue Replace current with uploaded button at the bottom.

Once the next official release is available, your site will resume picking up the regular updates as before.
