Events not showing – "Missing access token"

Downgraded to previous version and my events are back. I will hold off on updating this plugin until this is resolved later.

did you see any error message?

Only error I saw was “Missing access token”, then when I clicked the button to receive Facebook token, all it did was take me back to the Widgets page without making any changes or redirects.

i reproduced the issue. i’ll try to fix it asap.

try v1.9.1. i did some playing around to try and fail getting access token and it seems to be working good now.

I just updated the plugin to the latest version, got the access token, and tried setting to Future Dates Only, and it’s throwing up errors again.

downgraded to 1.9.1 and it says No Events even though there most certainly are upcoming events from the page. I reconfirmed the app ID and secret as well.

Re-upgraded back to the current version, any time I try to set Future Events only (which is all I want), I get the error I posted above. Setting it to show all events (which is not what I want) shows EVERY event from the page, in alphabetic order with no way of at least organizing by date.

strange you got the the code with the end() warning. 1.9.5 shouldn’t have been online yet. but thanks for reporting i’ll fix it.

hi, try 1.9.6. show future evenly wont show an error now.
about showing all events. i dont get all events. only 10 which is what i set in max events to show.

Upgraded the plugin and set the widget to show future events only. It’s showing “There are no events” even though that particular page has 3 upcoming events set up. I set the total events limit to be 10 instead of the default 54 the widget was setting, same result.

Does it not count future events if the event has already started? Some of the events for this FB page span multiple days or weeks.

It shows 2 events under Upcoming Events and then the rest of the events are listed under Past Events. I need the upcoming events to show up on this plugin otherwise it’s moot using this plugin if I can’t show future events. The plugin was working just fine till I mistakenly updated it this morning and now we have all these errors and bugs.
