Events Not Triggering

Hi.

I have been through the setup guide and video and through this forum, but I cannot get this plugin to work on a clients website: https://hmwilliams.co.uk/contact/.

I am using the GA MonsterInsights plugin, so I am testing the form submissions in real time using an incognito window (to ensure I am logged out). I have a lot of experience of setting up goals through events, but this is the first time I have tried using this plugin which looks to be the best way for this client. However, no matter what I try, the plugin does not record any event or goal.

I have played around trying various Category, Action and Label values, as well as tried both Google Analytics (Ajax only) and Measurement Protocol (Default) options, but sadly no luck.

Are you able to help or advise further?
