• Hello

The events list of my client includes 121 events.
Now they have added two new events. One for March and one for April (both 2022).

However, the plugin shows both events at the end of the list (the previously last event was from September 2023).

Why does this happen? All events contain start time, start date, end time and end date.
    I am using this shortcode:
    [events layout_type="list" per_page="150" show_filters="true" show_categories="false" orderby=”event_start_date”]

    System info
    WordPress 5.9
    WP Event Manager 3.1.22
WP Event Manager – Emails 1.2.2
    WPBakery Page Builder 6.8.0

    Thanks
    Michael

  • Hi @michih

Please check if you have start and end time and date for all your events, Only then this shortcde will work.

    [events layout_type=”list” per_page=”150″ show_filters=”true” show_categories=”false” orderby=”event_start_date” order=”ASC/DESC”]

    Hi @priyagoenka

    Thank you.

As mentioned in my post above already, start and end time and date is present for all events.

What is the reason for this bug?
How can I fix it or is there a workaround?

    Best regards,
    Michael

Also, if I add order=”DESC” or order=”ASC” to the shortcode, it messes up the order completely.

    Hi @priyagoenka

I need a helpful reply here please.
    The client gets nervous…

What can you suggest to solve this issue?

    Thanks in advance,
    Michael

    Hi @michih

    As i can see here: [events layout_type=”list” per_page=”150″ show_filters=”true” show_categories=”false” orderby=”event_start_date”]

The double quote used for the ”event_start_date” is incorrect, can you please correct and try.It should be “event_start_date”.

    Priya

    Hi @priyagoenka

I am sorry, but I do not understand what you mean.

    You wrote:
    “event_start_date”

    I wrote:
    ”event_start_date”

    This is exactly the same.

Again sorry, but in my opinion you are not trying to help and support me.
If there is no solution, please tell me.
If there is a bug in the plugin, please tell me as well.

Honesty is very important, thank you.

    Regards,
    Michael
