Events page missing

Sorry, I made a mistake:

I can enquire the pages, however the Events page is NOT found.

If you select Pages in the backend do you see the Events page? If so, can you click on View to see the page?

If you don’t see the Events page listed you can create the page and then set the page to be used as the Events page:

Yes, I can see the page Evenementen in de screen Page (same as in your first screen print, only difference is the dutch language), but when I click on view i get the screen ‘Not found’.

Unfortunately, this doesnt work either.

It is strange: in the ‘not found page’ I can fill a search field. When I enter ‘evenementen’ the Page ‘Evenementen’ is found indeed, and the name is displayed in a list. But when I click on the name of this page, I get again the Not found message.

If you create a new pages can you successfully display that page? If so, I would delete the pages and then recreate them and then go to Events settings and select the Pages tab and set the pages to the newly created pages. If you can’t display newly created pages then it might be a problem with the database.

@joneiseman Thanks for your support. Atually your suggestion that the problem was caused by the permalinks configuration was right. I have changed the permalink to Postname and saved. After that the Evenements page is working!

I still dont understand why this problem only exists in the Evenement page (and not in the Reservation page and others). And I am suprized that such a serious mismatch can occur in a fresh installment. Anyhow, it works.
