Don’t laugh. I’m a newbie at WordPress but struggling through undaunted. I love Events Manager plugin and everyting works great but the calendar will not show entries upon first load. It requires a refresh. After that, all is well. It’s probably an easy, ovious fix … but apparently not to me.

I’d love to. But Im currently developing on a local server. I’m probably going to move this to online hosting via a subdomain in the next day or two. Ill be happy to reply again at that time. Thank you.

It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

I disabled all plugins but Events Manager and subsequently, the “WP FullCalendar” by same author that allows for full-page display (which we want). I discovered that this problem only occurs when navigating to the events page via the main navigational structure. If I click “view page” from the admin side or by manually typing /events from the home page … calendar events show upon initial load of page. I won’t have the site online until Friday at noon but I thought the info above would be telling at least. – Thanks, Bob

I think we’d need to view a live page to see if there are any error messages showing in the error console that might point to the cause of the problem.
