Events Page Title and H1 tag

    This might be coming from either your theme files (most likely from archive.php) or from Yoast SEO (if you have that plugin).

    Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue goes away.

    If it does you will have to add a conditional to your archive.php (or equivalent) to handle event archive pages.

    You could also try different settings for “Events Template” under Events -> Settings -> Display

    Afraid I tried all of that and it is still saying Event Archives ??

    I’m sorry it took so long to circle back to this. Do you still need help with this?

    I did visit the URL you shared and don’t see any references to “Event Archive” so – unless perhaps I was looking in the wrong place – it seems like you were able to resolve things.

    Hi,
    I couldn’t figure out how to do it so hid the H1 tag using CSS instead for that page.
