Events searchable?

  • It doesn’t seem like the events show up in site (or Google?) searches. Should that be the case? Our old plugin for events was searchable, so it would be great to have events still showing up in searches.

    I think I read that repeating events won’t be coming soon, but it would be great to be able to have a “duplicate event” option. That way we don’t have to enter everything for each event in a series (i.e. once a week series). Being able to choose duplicate and enter the new date would be lovely!

    Event titles and times are searchable, the other event details, such as description and location are not, because that information is loaded on demand.

    Actually, I had a major breakthrough with repeating events this week and expect to release basic recurring functionality in the next release, expected in two to three weeks.
