The last two events added (Aug 14th and Sept 1st) will not show up in any view. Changed theme, disabled plugins – nothing! Just wondering if there are any known issues with Elementor or Happy Elementor Add-ons?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    For Sep1st, I see this event: https://biads.org.uk/event2/drop-in-10am-12pm/

And for Aug 14th, you have the following events:

    https://biads.org.uk/event2/goldthorpe-cafe-2/

    https://biads.org.uk/event2/time-4-tea/

Do you have more events for these specific dates?

I couldn’t find any bug report regarding this, it would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

    Best,

    Atousa

We appear to be experiencing the same issue too. It appears to be intermittent and related to caching with Cloudflare and their minimization. We are unable to interact with the page displaying any of the calendars parts and no logging information is available even with debugging turned on.

    This information is helpful: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-the-events-calendar-with-wp-rocket/

We are still experiencing intermittent, unreported errors.

    Hi Atousa

Thanks for your reply. I solved it myself in the end. This may be useful for others though. There’s a setting in the Happy Addons Event Calendar widget called ‘Event Item’. This was set to the default of 15, which means only 15 events can be added to the calendar, increasing this allows you to add more events. Not sure about the usefulness of this setting and the documentation is vague at best so just set it to the max number of events you envisage for a given year.
