    So I have this issue with my site. It’s not loading the tickets. It always happens the first load on the website… so all new visitors are experiencing this issue.

    I click on buy a ticket, and it just doesn’t load.

    I’ve tried troubleshooting all my plugins, updating everything, not sure what the issue is here.

    When I do load it again during troubleshooting, it works fine I guess after some cache aspects are loaded.

    Not sure what the issue is here, and I need to figure it out as soon as possible since it’s hurting my client’s ticket sales.

    Hi there! I’d be happy to help with your issue today.

    I tested the page and was able to get to the checkout page with no problem on the first page load. It does sound like this could be related to a caching issue so I double-check for any plugins on your site that may be affecting this. I can’t find anything here, but it may be server side. Do you have any caching enabled with a CDN or your host?

    I retested the checkout in other browsers and on mobile devices, but I still got to the checkout page on first page load. However, when on the checkout page, I did find something wrong when I click on the PayPal or the Debit or Credit Card links. I found an error coming from one of our scripts:

    checkout.min.js POST /wp-json/tribe/tickets/v1/commerce/paypal/order 400 (Bad Request)

    I suspect there is a conflict with a plugin or a serverside cache setting here that’s preventing our scripts from loading properly. Do you have any server-side caching that could be causing this?

    I do not have any activated, and deleted them all.

    It must have been an issue with the client’s paypal account…. I connected it to mine and it works fine.

    Sigh… I wish we could have control over everything some times. lol.
