Events uppercase URL causing 404

    When I try to go to /Events with an uppercase ‘E’ the page throws a 404 error. Anyone had this issue and knows of a fix? I tried saving the permalinks, I can’t think of anything else that would cause that. We don’t have any other permalink or URL related plugins on the site.
