    Hi!

    We are using Eventsmanager PRO.
    Since some weeks booking emails (receips of bookings, going to customers) are not more going trough, once adressed to gmail-email adresses.

    error feedback from mail client:

    Also the switch between HTML on/off did not help.

  • Hey reallive,

    You’ve got a problem with your DNS setup. Do a search on ‘SPF’ and that will help. You need to add SPF setting to your DNS. And may have to also add DKIM too. If you are running a ‘hosted account’ you’ll need to contact whoever hosts your server.
