Everthing Is Good Just One Question about Sandbox

Excellent plugin, only thing is I’m not sure about the downloads getting to the customer. I’m using paypal sandbox and there is no way of seeing if the download link is being sent to the email address. Everything else is working well. I’m getting the sale notification to the site email address and the payment is going through with no flaw and everything looks good on the sandbox side. Any suggestions or help on this aspect of making sure the download is getting to the customer would help.
