Every Check Redirect link reports 500 failure but redirects are working

Staging site running on Pressable platform. There are 13 redirects. For each one, clicking the Check Redirect link results in a 500 “Something is wrong with the server. This is not a problem with Redirection and you will need to resolve the error yourself.” However, the redirects are working properly (it even increments the redirect count by 1 for the ‘failed’ test).
