    Hi there ??

    I’m having a problem on a client site where abandonment emails are being sent to absolutely everyone. Even after their order is successful.

    Any idea why this could be?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Can you please check the ‘Exclude email sending for’ option from settings?

    You can set the order statues for which you do not want to send the emails.
