Every page has 2 H1 tags – Please help

Not sure why this theme was developed with pages having 2 H1 tags.

There is one that apparently wraps the logo or where some page title in the header might appear and then every actual page title at the top of each page is an H1, which is more like what I would expect.

Can someone help us remove the one in the header, wrapping the logo or walk me through how I can fix this issue myself?
