  • There is already a theme called ‘journalist’ by a different author. Please change the name of your theme in style.css and upload it again.

    Every template has this same error message.

    Any resolution?

    lol ?? I think he’s trying to upload a theme.

    Hey Art, the same message also appears when I try to upload a theme. “There is already a theme called “whatever” by a different author. Please change the name of your theme in style.css and upload it again.”

    Anybody else ever received this error message? What did you do to resolve it?

    I am getting the same message. All I need is instructions on how to proceed. The page says upload and they’ll do the rest.

    This happened to me once. I just changed the name of the theme folder. I know it sounds weird, but it worked for me ??
