Every Week Catalog Updated Fails

Hello,
Every week our marketplaces send us an email saying that the catalog updated failed and the xml is empty.
We check it and it’s true and we don’t do anything and a few hours later the xml is up running normal and we wasn’t necessary to us doing anything.
But it’s something it can not happen, so, do you have any ideia why does this happen?Regards,
