The only way everyone could be blocked is if your web hosting server isn’t populating certain PHP server variables correctly. In particular, they are putting their server’s public IP address into the field used to identify the IP address of the visitor.

Very odd and very peculiar behaviour. So in the latest release, I’ve put in a small bit of code that tries to find the servers’ own public IP address and try to ensure that that IP address isn’t put in the black list. My guess is that since everyone was blocked on your site, this is what happened.

I hope this makes sense… it’s quite a tricky problem to have and to solve.

I understand, thanks for the quick action!

No problem! Last thing we want is people locked out of their sites! ??

May I ask, if you’re happy with the plugin so far (the small quirks notwithstanding), would you be open to leaving us a nice plugin review? ??

    Cheers!
