everyone has free shipping when we have a $39 min

  • Hello,
    We have the proper settings in place we believe for our free shipping minimum of $39, but when a guest or account holders checkout it doesn’t charge anything for shipping when orders are under $39.

    Here are our rules within the plug-in:

    Subtotal: Greater or equal to: 39

    Country: Equal to: United States (US)

    Please help, we are loosing money by the day!

    Hi,

    It should all act the same for guest / logged in users. Could you post screenshots of your setup and what you see in the cart respectively?
