Everyone is banned from my site. How to reset

    When I go to my site at: https://www.thecollaborative-preview.com/ I get the message “You have been banned from this site. If you think there has been a mistake, please contact the administrator via proxy server.” If I rename the directory for Black Hole for Bad Bots I’m able to bring up the site. I think this situation was caused by a recent issue with UptimeRobot though I’m not sure. I would like to reset the black list to null but I’m not able to login to the WordPress Dashboard. Can you help me with the steps to clean out everything related to Black Hole for Bad Bots so I can start fresh?

    This plugin never ever blocks any user from the WP Login Page. So you should be able to log in and disable the plugin or delete your IP from the Bad Bot Log. If you are not able to log in, it is not Blackhole that is causing the issue.
