• I have had several messages to say my customers are locked out, now i am locked out?

    Claims too many login attempts, and is locked for 9999hrs. This is for accessing the back end of my site, so i am unable to disable app.

    As you can imagine this is somewhat problematic.

    Is there anything that can be done?

    Try to log in from a different IP address, for example from your mobile phone. Then copy the info from the plugin’s Debug tab and share it here. If you can’t log in from another IP, most likely your server is misconfigured and doesn’t detect IPs correctly. In this case you need to access the files of your site and rename the folder with the LLAR plugin to something else. This will turn the plugin off. After that log in again, rename the plugin folder back, and again, copy and share here the content of the Debug tab.
