Everyone using www. was banned, getting the wp-ban message. I emptied caches (wpsupercache and cloudflare), deleted the plugin, and cleared my browser cache. Still I’m getting the banned message.

Is that stored somewhere besides in the plugin directory? Any suggestions?

The htaccess file already redirects to no-www but for some reason that’s not working to resolve this.

The plugin stored the banned information in banned_* rows in wp_options table in your DB. Try deleting those rows. If it is still not working for you, that means your cache is not clearing properly.

You should not use this plugin with any caching plugin.

Thanks for telling me that. I deleted WP SuperCache and now everything is working well again. I shouldn’t need it anyhow since I’m using CloudFlare now.

I appreciate your plugin and am using it on several other sites.
