Everything Did Not Transfer Over

I just bought bluehost and am trying to transfer my wordpress.com blog to www.ads-software.com. I did the export (from wordpress.com) to import (of www.ads-software.com), but everything didn’t transfer–four of my posts are missing and the theme and widgets didn’t transfer. I’m VERY new to all of this stuff so perhaps this is a silly question, but I would love some guidance.
