Everything disappeared

I spent a few hours importing content to a new install of WP yesterday, and then started playing with themes and other content. I made a change to the functions.php, when it didn’t work, I deleted it, and now everything is gone. https://delirious.icenine.org/wp is a blank page, and the admin page https://delirious.icenine.org/wp/wp-admin/ is also blank.

So I tried to just replace the single file, which didn’t work. So I downloaded WP an reuploaded everything, still nothing.

I have no idea what is wrong or what to do. After importing everything I don’t want to do it again, but perhaps I should just wipe it all and start over. Suggestions? Thanks.
