Everything disappeared after restore

    Hi there,

    I’ve just restored my site for the first time from a couple of days ago only to be met with absolute horror when all my plugins disappeared as well as files from my media library, plus whatever else I’ve yet to find. Why would this happen? And is it possible to get everything back working again?

    Hi Paul,

    From your description it seems that the restoration has failed partway. For us to check, please send us the latest copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )
