everything disappears after a change

    Hi there,

    Everything is in the title,

    If i change one things in settings everything disappears shipping rules.. :-/

    That’s strange. Firstly we request you to export the rules and keep a backup.
    After you have done that, kindly open developers console and then save the settings once again. Please attach the screenshot of the console to us so that we can check.

    Hi,

    I think i will not touch now that everything work, because like i say if i change one things everything disappears and it’s very long for me to config all of my shipping prices, the most longer part is to add every country one by one for each method.
