Everything is being cached…don’t want it to be

    I just changed to a new template and I’m noticing that after I refresh the page the votes don’t show on the site for wp-rating. They register in the log, but my pages are being cached.

    I have the plugin set to log by ip and 24 hour cookie. Do you think this is the problem? If it is, can I fix it?
