    I installed the plugin, did the settings, checked the FTP, and all was GO. Ran a backup, and got the progress bar. The log file appears to look right. I get an email saying that “apparently” the backup was completed.

    The only slight problem is that the folder where the backup should be is empty!

    With everything looking right, how do I find the files, if they were actually generated?
