    Hi,

    I was loving your plugin, and still do. Suddenly a day or so ago all my custom fields dissapeared?!? Are there any other possible reasons for this, than someone clicking on the “Reset to default” -button?

    And if someone has done that, are all the fields gone forever or is there any change I could still retrieve them?

    With this I mean by checking perhaps if my hosting company does database backups. Which database table are the fields stored in?

    Or is there any undocumented feature where these fields somehow are still saved for example in an invisible trashbin?

    Let me answer your questions one by one.

    We are glad to hear that you are enjoying our plugin.

    Regarding the issue, normally we clear date in two conditions.

    1. When Reset to default options is clicked.
    2. When upgrading to the premium version. First, the plugin settings will be migrated to the premium version. After migration, it is getting cleared in the free version.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve the details once “Reset to default options” is clicked. However, if you have a backup of the database before the data has gone, you can retrieve it.

    Our data is saved in the table wp-options using the key thwepof_custom_product_fields.

    We are not saving it on any invisible trashbin.
