Every time someone pays via Woocommerce a user is added to members in MemberPress.

When a payment is made, a customer creates an account, but that account is showing in amongst normal members in my MemberPress section,,, is there a way to stop these users from showing up?

    Thanks.

    Thanks Aashik.

I have already contacted MemberPress support, they said I need to talk with WooCommerce.

Is there another channel I can try?

A MemberPress member is a WP User, so all users on your site will be listed in the MemberPress members page even if they didn’t create their account via MemberPress.

Hi @carterkay, following the explanation by usuaggie, I would recommend getting in touch with MemberPress if you’re looking for a way around this seemingly default behavior on their plugin.

On this forum, we might not be able to check about the MemberPress part.
