evil function: WPCF7_UPLOADS_TMP_DIR deletes the wp-content fodler

I found this on the web:
‘define( ‘WPCF7_UPLOADS_TMP_DIR’, ‘wp-content/’ );’i’ve tried it, and suddenly the complete wp-contend folder was empty.
so i put everything from the backup into that folder again, and: some minutes later, the folder was emtpy again.so i deleted this code from my wp-config.php and everything was fine again.
but why?
